2015 Eurostars funding to Regenics

Regenics is awarded Eurostars R&D funding for Vernex® wound healing device development.

The Eurostars research program has awarded Regenics funding for 2015-2017 for development of a CE marked wound healing device. The total project budget is 1,200,400 Euro equivalent to 10.4 million NOK (exch rate 8.66 at 3.11.2016). The Eurostars program see fierce competition for funding every year and Regenics, with partner SP Technical Research Institue of Sweden, was among the top rated projects in the Eurostars 2. call 2015. SP Technical Research Institue of Sweden will recieve their funding from Vinnova Sweden, while Regenics (project lead)  will be funded from the Norwegian Research Council.  The Eurostars project will have project start after a consortium agreement is worked out between the collabotators and approved by the Eurostars secretariate.
