Position: Scientist – Product Development and Laboratory Support
Location: ShareLab Oslo Science park
Employment type: Full-time
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Scientist to support the development of innovative wound care products. This is a hands-on and versatile role combining laboratory work, method development, validation activities, documentation, and support to quality systems. You will contribute across key areas in the product development process.
Key responsibilities
Conduct laboratory work related to formulation, testing, and sample preparation
Prepare and document batches for internal and external studies
Develop and validate analytical and performance test methods
Support preparation of regulatory and technical documentation
Perform and document method validation activities
Monitor and report on stability and safety-related test activities
Assist the QA function with quality documentation, SOP revisions, and system updates
Qualifications
MSc in biotechnology, pharmacy, medical technology, or a related field
Hands-on laboratory experience from life science, pharmaceutical or medtech environment
Experience with cell-based assays or other cell-related laboratory work
Familiarity with scientific documentation and method validation
Experience with or interest in quality systems and regulatory frameworks
Structured, reliable, and detail-focused
Strong collaboration skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
